We answer for what we distribute.

41 Bit LLC ('41 Bit', 'we') is a software development company and Authorized Distributor: we build software, vet releases before they ship, and run the channels that carry them to consumers.

The legal entity is 41BIT LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company in Wyoming, United States. Public legal and privacy contact: info@41bit.io.

41 Bit LLC is solely responsible to consumers for warranty obligations, damages, refunds, support commitments, and related consumer-facing liability arising from the releases it distributes and the surfaces it operates.

In practice this means we are the company you deal with. If a release we shipped or a surface we run causes a problem, we answer for it — you do not need to locate or contact the Rights Holder. Warranty, refund, and support claims go to info@41bit.io or the support channel identified with the product.

That responsibility covers the releases, release artifacts, update paths, support paths, privacy and legal statements, and public product claims we distribute or publish — including the release vetting behind them and the obligation to correct what we got wrong. Product-specific license, checkout, or support terms define how these obligations apply for a given product.

When a product names 41 Bit as its distributor, we are the company that launches it: the applicable Rights Holder authorizes us to present, distribute, update, support, and operate that product's consumer-facing surfaces.

Surfaces are the channels a consumer actually touches: websites, download pages, update channels, license delivery, support, privacy and legal notices, and product communications, plus the release-vetting processes behind them.

41 Bit holds no Product IP. Distributing, launching, vetting, supporting, or operating surfaces for a product transfers no Product IP to us, and nothing in our role is an ownership or license claim over a product.

Product IP remains with the applicable Rights Holder and includes software, source code, product names, trademarks, copyrights, patents, artwork, wording, copy, documentation, designs, product sites, brand assets, private repositories, and related rights. Product names, trademarks, and brand assets that appear on our surfaces remain the property of their respective Rights Holders.

Software distributed through our surfaces is made available under the product license, consumer license, or product-specific terms identified with that software.

A consumer license permits use of the software according to those terms. It does not transfer Product IP to the user, and it does not make 41 Bit the Product IP owner, rights holder, licensor, or content owner.

Product pages, product notices, app terms, checkout terms, enterprise agreements, or license files may contain additional rules for installation, permitted use, updates, refunds, accounts, support, or paid access.

If a company-level page and a product-specific legal document conflict, the product-specific document controls for that product and surface.

We publish product names, release dates, download links, pricing, license paths, preview access, and support commitments here only once they are final for that product.

Until then, nothing on this company site is a commitment to the availability, functionality, pricing, compatibility, launch timing, or support scope of an unannounced product.
