This notice applies to the website, future download and update services, support, release emails, and company contact handled by 41BIT LLC.

Each product may process different data. Its privacy notice or in-app disclosure explains what the app, website, accounts, checkout, and update services use.

We do not collect data just because it may be useful later. We collect it only to complete something you asked for, such as sending release notes, answering a support request, processing a purchase, or delivering a download or update. We also use limited data to prevent abuse, keep services secure, and meet legal obligations.

We do not use analytics, telemetry, profiling, advertising pixels, or session replay. If that changes for a future service, its privacy notice will explain the specific purpose before collection begins.

This website uses no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. Your theme setting stays in your browser and is never sent to us.

The contact form and release-note signup send information only when you submit them. We store the details you enter, the page origin, and your browser’s user agent for delivery, abuse prevention, and operational records. Your IP address is used for about ten minutes to stop repeated submissions. To prevent abuse, we compare an email address with submissions from the previous 24 hours and limit how many messages it can trigger. Contact messages go to our inbox, while release-note addresses go to our email provider for confirmation and list management.

Your IP address, user agent, and the stored raw submission are erased within two days. Contact submissions and unconfirmed release-note addresses are deleted after 30 days. A confirmed release-note address is kept until you unsubscribe.

Vercel, Inc. hosts this website on a global network and generates standard access logs containing IP addresses and request information for security and operations. Requests may be handled in the European Union or another network location close to the visitor.

Today, we process contact-form details, release-note email addresses, and support messages. Services used for orders, downloads, or updates may also process order and license records, request information, security logs, abuse-prevention signals, and legally required business records.

The exact data depends on the product and distribution method. We do not collect information for general 'product improvement'. Every field we keep has a specific operational reason.

We use this data only to:

• operate company and product services
• manage release-note signup, confirmation, delivery, and unsubscribe requests
• process transactions, receipts, license delivery, and refunds
• deliver downloads and updates, verify releases, and prevent abuse
• answer support requests, bug reports, and customer messages
• meet legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and security obligations

When you join the release notes, we process your email address, confirmation status, and limited request information needed to send the confirmation, prevent abuse, and handle unsubscribe requests.

We add the address to the list only after you click the confirmation link. The link expires after 48 hours. Before confirmation, our email provider holds the address only to send confirmation messages, not release notes. You can unsubscribe through any release email or by writing to info@41bit.io.

Resend, Inc. provides email delivery and stores the confirmed subscriber list for us. It receives the email address, confirmation and delivery information, and, when sending contact emails, the name and message you submitted. Email may be dispatched from the European Union, while Resend account data and some subprocessor activity may be handled in the United States or other listed locations.

Some software we distribute works entirely on your device. Other products need online services for accounts, billing, activation, downloads, updates, crash reports, or optional synchronization. Each product’s privacy notice explains what stays on your device, what leaves it, and why.

Our minimal-data approach applies across products, but the exact data use depends on each product’s features and services. Check the product-specific notice for current details.

We share limited information only when needed to provide the services described in this notice. That may include providers used for email delivery, payments, hosting, security, and support. We may also share information with professional advisers or authorities when the law requires it.

When distribution work requires coordination with a developer or Rights Holder, we share only the information needed for product delivery, support, license administration, compliance, or security.

41BIT LLC is a United States company. Our primary hosting and data storage are based in the European Union. Some information may also be processed in the United States or other countries by providers and their subprocessors when needed for hosting, email delivery, security, or support.

When information is transferred outside the European Union, the provider’s data-processing terms and applicable transfer safeguards apply. Provider and subprocessor locations can change; the current official lists are linked below.

You can ask what data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or object to a specific use by writing to info@41bit.io. If your region has a data-protection authority, you may also submit a complaint there.

Our services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
